4 The Crew – Refund & Returns Policy

At 4 The Crew, we aim to ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience for all customers. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.

Returns Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Please note that returns sent directly to manufacturers will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Newspapers or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Selected health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (Where Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Items showing clear signs of use

  • Opened media products (CDs, DVDs, software, games, etc.)

  • Items returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition (not due to our error)

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may apply)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return approval

  • If not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund

For higher-value items (over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
